Any and all information provided to O's Ark Custom Apparel will be used solely by O's Ark Custom Apparel and will not be sold or otherwise provided to any third party. Any and all designs are either the property of O's Ark Custom Apparel or its independently contracted designers and are not to be reproduced, disseminated, sold, or otherwise used without the express written permission of O's Ark Custom Apparel.
